Good morning, i have a client that is interested in buying land and building. They will be using a VA Construction loan so I am in search for a VA approved builder. The builder basically just needs to be registered with the VA and obtain a VA ID number. The buyer is already pre-approved for a regular loan so getting approved for the construction loan is a done deal.
